Every Month I Get A White Thick Tissue Like Discharge

Every month I get a white thick tissue like discharge that has no smell but is very irritating and itchy. I can scoop so much out when I stick my index finger inside of me. Sometimes the color is lime green. I have taken an antibiotic shot and pills In the ER for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and BV and had a negative test result for yeast. I don't know what the issue is but every month my discharge is two stages. A strong fishy odor and then this thick itchy discharge. This happens in between periods. What is this? I am so over this. It is ruining my life
