Every Morning, I Wake Up With An Uncontrollable Amount Of

Every morning, I wake up with an uncontrollable amount of non thick mucus…almost water like that drains from my nose. It gets so bad that if I try to brush my teeth in the morning, the amount of mucus in my throat and nose causes me to get nausea from the toothpaste. This happens daily, and has happened for the past year or so. It does not happen on days that I do not need to wake up in the morning. So on weekends I sleep until when I want and do not have this issue?

Im a smoker and assumed that this is caused by smoking but Im really not sure? Im only 33 and Im healthy besides this issue.
