Every morning my head is swimming. Feel a little dizzy. Then when I take a shower an am up for a hour or so it feels better. I have been taking alagra an Flonase. Called to geta zpck today. The weather here is warm then cold every few days. Should I try the zpck . No fever no color in the muccis what should I do?
