Every Now And Then My Swallows Very Loud. I Know

Every now and then my swallows very loud. I know I sound crazy but a have a phobia or something with noises from the mouth so I immediately noticed it. It's not when he's eating or drinking however it's just random. My first time hearing it was in his sleep I panicked thinking he was about to throw up in his sleep. He doesn't cry or anything I'm just worried if this is a problem or a normal toddler phase.
