Every Once In A While I Get Pain In My

Every once in a while I get pain in my right shoulder mostly when sitting in our vehicles. This has been going on for a couple of years. More recently, I feel numbness and tingling that goes down to my fingers. Do you know what this could be? Would I see a orthopedist for this?
