Every Other Month Since Last Nov I've Been Having Lower

Every other month since last Nov I've been having lower abdominal pain which can be quite debilitating. The pain usually starts around ovulation and will continue until my period starts. When my period starts the pain stops but I have noticed that the blood seems watered down. I have had an internal ultrasound done and the tech suspects adenomyosis. I am waiting to get an appointment with an ob gyn which could take 6 months. Just a side note...I had a vbac delivery in July 2015 and a c section delivery in Oct 2011.
