Every Since I Had My Baby In January Of 2015

Every since I had my baby in January of 2015 I haven't been right. Immediately after I left the hospital to drive I felt weird. Following that I had dizziness, headaches, confusion, some memory problems, and vision problems as well. I also had pins and needs. Now I still can't drive without the highway making me dizzy and my ears and head are stuffy and I feel like I have moving or pressure in my head. Help please
