Every Since I Woke Up I’m Been Hearing Either Low

Every since I woke up I’m been hearing either low humming, white noise, or just straight ringing from both my ears but it’s largely more apparent in my left ear. Every little noise is so intense for some reason and my ears feel really full. Occasionally when I talk what I say slightly echos back in my ears and I feel very nauseous. I’m not sure what is happening.
