Every So Often I Have An Ache All Over Problem

Every so often I have an ache all over problem that really knocks me for a loop. It is accompanied by chills and unsettled stomach.. Once I take Advil and sleep, it goes away. I hate to sound like a complainer so I have never told my GP. I am in considerably good health otherwise for a 75 year old female I am overweight.
