Every Time I Drink Water, My Head Hurts. I Rarely

Every time I drink water, my head hurts. I rarely drink water, mostly because I can't stand the taste, even though people tell me there's no taste. I don't like any water, bottled water, tap water, well water, city water, flavored water, I don't like any of it. But I also don't drink it because i get a headache and a bit lightheaded EVERY TIME I do. Why? It makes it hard to stay healthy and drink water.
