Every Time I Eat Or Smell I Can Taste Chlorine

Every time I eat or smell I can taste chlorine it has changed from a really horrible taste..it's changed from a bad taste..I do need to visit the dentist but suffer from depression & anxiety..also I fell down the stairs and got a really bad bump & cut on my head..my lymph nodes are also swollen I have 3 ..one at the side of my neck & 2 at the back ..tia
