Every Time I Eat Something My Upper Abdomen Hurts I

Every time I eat something my upper abdomen hurts I make sure I don't over eat and my stomach still hurts. Even if I take a bite of something. My breast hurt a lot as well. When I inhale and exhale it causes pain In my stomach. I can't be pregnant because I'm on my period now. Should I go to the ER
