Every Time I Get A Bad Cold, I Get A

Every time I get a bad cold, I get a break out around my nose that resembles impetigo. Could this be the case? I always thought it was just due to dry skin from tissues until someone suggested it could be the former. If this is the case, what is a good treatment for such a small bout?
