Every Time I Get A Minor Scratch (ones That Barley

Every time I get a minor scratch (ones that barley scrape the surface or only draw white blood cells and no blood) the scrape gets horribly infected and starts to sink in. I always require topical antibiotics even though I always treat minor scratches immediately. I’ve previously been tested for staph and it came back negative. I’m also prone to infected hair follicles and have been diagnosed with furuncles.

Any ideas?
