Every Time I Swallow, I Feel Like I Have A

Every time I swallow, I feel like I have a lump in my right side of my neck under my jaw bone towards the back of my throat. My right ear hurts all day long. I am on Claritin every morning and just started taking weekly allergy shots. My throat and ear hurt bad. I also use a nasal spray one spray each nostril a day.


Is there anything I can take for this?
