Every Time I Swallow, It Feels Like Hair In The

Every time I swallow, it feels like hair in the back of my throat. Has been going on for two weeks. Feels horrible. I drunk lots of fluids and ate two slice of bread. No relief. I do have thyroid problems and I do smoke. When I drink liquids feels like its floating in it when I swallow. I'm scared
