Every Year Between April And June I Get A Rash

Every year between April and June I get a rash or bumps on my scalp under my hair and it itches badly and spreads over scalp from back of head up on the left side then onto the right side up to the crown. It is very troublesome and lasts about a month then goes away. What is this and how can I prevent it or stop in before it gets unbearable.
