Everyday About The Same Time I Have These Feelings That

Everyday about the same time I have these feelings that start behind my eyes like there is pressure and then the right side of my jaw gets a numb feeling to it as well as the left side of my lips. My tongue feels this thickand I have slurred speech. I also have pressure going down into arms w here they feel kind of numb like corporal tunnel. Sometimes it is like waking up from anesthesia and I have to move slowly.
I have had an MRI and it shows mild cortical atrophy, I have an appointment with a neurologist next week.
