Everytime I Have Large Amounts Of Stress My Stomach Around

Everytime I have large amounts of stress my stomach around my belly button in a 6 inch circle hurts and throbs and I pass bloody stools with mucus. I also become nauseous, dizzy and tire easily. The pain only eases during bowel movements then starts back as soon as I'm done. I am anemic and unable to take iron supplements. And pregnancy is not possible. What can it be?
