Everytime I Shower, A Patch Of Skin On My Pinky

Everytime I shower, a patch of skin on my pinky becomes really swollen and white. Spreads a bit on the base of my fingers on the same hand but not as bad. I showered a couple hours ago and can still see the patch on my pinky, though not nearly as bad. I take pretty hot showers, no clue if that has to do with anything. What could this be?
