Everytime I Bend Over Lately, I Feel As Though I

Everytime i bend over lately, i feel as though i am going to throw up. I have ulcers so that could be it but, it just started happening recently. Ive also been sick occasionally in the morning time of the day with a few dizzy spells every so often. What could be wrong?
