Experience Sharp Pain From Mid Back Around To Breasts Accompanied

Experience sharp pain from mid back around to breasts accompanied by acid in esophagus creeping up to back of throat.. No nausea , sweating, pain radiating in limbs, shortness of breath. Happens in early morning hours say 3-4 am and lasts a while. Causes build up acid in throat which makes me gag. Have had 2 episodes in 6 months. Had physical in September 2015 and checked out ok
