Experiencing A Sharp Pain In Right Side Above Waist. Not

Experiencing a sharp pain in right side above waist. Not constant, however, often, as pain subsides, I get a tingling sensation. stops while sitting, but as soon as I get up or move the pain returns. also experience this pain at night while in bed. Can sleep on right side, where I'm experiencing the pain, but pain comes back if I sleep on the left. any suggestions?
