Experiencing Episodes Of Dizziness - About 1 - 2 Hours,

Experiencing episodes of dizziness - about 1 - 2 hours, numbness in the body, face, heavy head, rapid heart beat and extreme exhaustion after, typically will fall asleep. On and off for a couple of years. Lately seems like I have a couple/ month. (probably had about 6 episodes within last couple of months or so) Not sure if MVP (mitral valve prolapse) is an issue or possibly blood sugar? (hx of gestational diabetes) Had many tests done, but nothing figuring out cause. I am in process of trying to find a primary care that can oversee my care but not sure if I need immediate oversight.
