Experiencing heaviness in upper chest and some discomfort across shoulder blades, blood pressure Normal waiting results fasting blood tests, 3 years since last period, but flushes are more severe recently, heart palpitations started a few weeks ago and can be very uncomfortable, feeling extremely tired, I swim regularly but find I am too tired for my 7am swim the past 2 weeks have only been two or three times.
