Experiencing Periodic Stomach Pain. Right In The Center Of My

Experiencing periodic stomach pain. right in the center of my abdomen. when it hurts it is pretty severe. does not seem to be affected by food. or lying down or sitting up. some burping and a little flatulence. sometimes it is so bad i have nausea. when it occur i feel hot and sweaty. i do have acid reflux but have been taking my medicine. it's been ongoing for about three weeks.
