Experiencing Sharp Pain In Back But Then Radiates To Rib

Experiencing sharp pain in back but then radiates to rib cage area...stomach very tender and feeling a little nauseated. Haven't eaten anything since 12:30 lunch. Pain last for about 20 minutes then ok for a while but has repeated twice since 4:30 this afternoon. Feels better if a lay flat on my back during the pain/cramping
