Experiencing Swelling Lower Legs, Dry Mouth Slight Confusion, Increased Thirst

Experiencing swelling lower legs, dry mouth slight confusion, increased thirst and low urination even though taking extra fluid pills. I had a flu bug which caused me to stop taking my regular meds because of vomiting and ended up in emerg and after several hours it was determined that I was in a bad withdrawal from being unable to take my regular meds which included lyrica and morphine. Could this have caused problems with my kidneys
