Experiencing Swollen Upper Lip (just By The Ridges In Lip).

Experiencing swollen upper lip (just by the ridges in lip). Has been going on for upwards of 6 months. No skin eruption of any sort. I use CPAP nightly with "Pillow" mask. Some pressure is applied to area on upper lip at the nostril area. People always ask "what's up with your lip"? No redness, or other symptons. Any ideas?
