External meatus opening very sore when I bend or twist. I notice the opening seems to be large almost as if a Foley catheter had been left in for a very long time, removed and leaving a larger diameter. I am female, 60 and not sexually active sadly. The discomfort is new, the diameter being large I have noticed for a while
