Extreme Discomfort In Buttocks That Never Goes Away. Rls? For

Extreme discomfort in buttocks that never goes away. Rls? For over ten years I have had this extreme discomfort in my butt cheeks that is 24/7 , my body wants to tense my glute muscle to make it go away but it doesn't and I feel the need to stretch it or move it. I was thinking maybe restless legs? Over the past few years it has started affecting my hips, wrists and ankles as well but mainly buttocks. It's not pain , just really uncomfortable. It's affecting my sleep and I can relax. Please help
