Extreme Pain Starting In Back That Feels Like Tightened Muscles

Extreme pain starting in back that feels like tightened muscles with spasms and sharp stabbing pain around side ,right side, to the front under breast. Unable to lie or sit in any position. Makes me short of breath. Almost a burn all down right side. Up spine and neck
