Father Couldn't Speak, Couldn't Stand, Got Very Clammy. Speaks Fine

Father couldn't speak, couldn't stand, got very clammy. Speaks fine now. No slurred speech, no pain during episode or now. Breathing fine. Gave him an aspirin and put a cold compress on his neck. Seems fine now although his voice sounds like he is a little horse
