Feb. 21-23-2015 I Had A Stroke And I Was Told

Feb. 21-23-2015 I had a stroke and I was told at the hospital after a Mari was done that there was a white mass on left front lobal of brain. Does that mean a tumor? I've had severe headaches and I'm a diabetic. I was paralyazed in face with speech issues, I still have a hard time talking . My head pounds. I don't want to go to the hospital every single time I have a problem. Please help me. I would appreciate any help that you can give me.
