Feel Like I Am Experiencing Some Allergies, And Taking Allegra

Feel like I am experiencing some allergies, and taking allegra and fluonaze for a few days now, recommended by pharmacist. But today, starting to experience back pain. Feel congested, but I've had also had some issues recently with my upper abdomen. Sonogram showed no issues with gallstones, or any organs. A little chest pain today as well. Almost feels hard to catch a good breath. Experiencing some anxiety. Can anxiety and allergies produce the issues I am experiencing?
