Feel Like I Have Something Stuck In My Throat All

Feel like I have something stuck in my throat all the time...no pain, I have an enlarged thyroid but it has never bothered me. I also have GERD but take Nexium everyday...doesn't feel like gastric reflux. Should I go to an ENT to review? I had a nasal granuloma removed about a year ago.
