Feeling Dizzy, Nauseous And Balance Is A Bit Off. Have

Feeling dizzy, nauseous and balance is a bit off. Have a buzzing in my ears and some tingling sensation on my head and jaw line. Trying to figure out the cause. I do have stenosis in the lumbar region so not sure if maybe I have pressure on some of the nerves or if this is related to something else. Some pin prickly feeling in both legs too. Any thoughts on what this could be? Blood pressure is slightly elevated too.
