Feeling Movement In My Belly Can See My Belly Move

Feeling movement in my belly can see my belly move negative urine and blood tests breasts up 3 cupsizes abd very swollen veing and tender areolas are huge and dark. Gained 17 pounds since august 2016 docotr is puzzled but unwilling to consider pregnancy- i have a 7 year old and never had a positive urine or blood test..have a dark line going from my breasts to a little under my belly button sleeping a considerable amount . eating weird foods --feel like im going crazy please help
