Feeling Nauseated, Lightheaded, Jaw Feels Tight, Head Is Spongy ,

Feeling nauseated, lightheaded, jaw feels tight, head is spongy , have some jaw pain
, is this something to be concerned about? I did go to the emergency a couple of weeks ago with these same symptoms they were much worse though, I was physically exhausted, had the right side of my face
And rouge go numb, couldn't talk properly for a very short time. I am a 185 pound 6 feet tall non smoking
49 year old male, with no health issues.
