Feels Like I Have A Belt Around My Rib Cage

Feels like I have a belt around my rib cage upper section. Under the breast area. Feels heavy and a little tight. I sit all day feel compressed. No loss of breath, not painful but feel heavy. Goes from left to right. A little more under the left breast some more direct pain. I will be 55 this yr. a little overweight 5'7. 185
