Feels Like I'm In A Constant Stage Of Allergy/inflammation (many

Feels like I'm in a constant stage of allergy/inflammation (many weeks). My eyes are puffy, and my sinuses are tender to the touch...nasal stuffiness as well and dull headache. No cold, no flu, no discharge, no known allergies, although am considering doing an elimination diet to see if I have any sensitivities. Can my sinuses be a barometer for just overall inflammation in my body?
