Fell Down A Flight Of Steps At Home Last Night...hurt

Fell down a flight of steps at home last night...hurt my back, left arm hit railing and steps, as i was sliding down right arm/shoulder slide upright while i was going down.

I have chronic back issues, RA and on several meds. I cant bring my arm back on the right as i can on the left.
