Fell Down Stairs Wed. Last Week. Hit Forehead On Cabinet

Fell down stairs Wed. last week. Hit forehead on cabinet at end of stairs. Huge goose egg. Two days later bruising in corners of right eye tissue and eye lid and under my eye. The next day my left eye tissue has bruising in the corner. I have slight headache. DId not lose consciousness. The bruising does not seem to be worsening now. Should I be concerned?
