Fell Down The Stairs 2 Days Ago, Went Over On
Fell down the stairs 2 days ago, went over on right ankle.
Able to weight bear and walk, but joint painful, swollen and now have pins and needles feeling in the top of my foot.
Have been taking paracetamol and using arnica cream to help with bruising - is there any other treatment?
