Fell Earlier Today On My Back Side..since Then I've Had

Fell earlier today on my back side..since then I've had a lot of pain in my lower back/hip region and have had a hard time standing up straight...pain increases greatly with walking, occasional light tingling in leg and not sure what to do..a muscle relaxer and motrin hasnt touched it
