Fell From Ladder Onto Back Of Neck Have Visible Scrape

Fell from ladder onto back of neck have visible scrape from fall but left arm went completely numb to the point I thought it was broken. Right elbow and hand took the brunt of the fall. Feeling came back in left arm after a minute or so. Have some discomfort in my upper neck region but no other issues
