Fell Hard On Knee Cap Causing A Large Knot Below

Fell hard on knee cap causing a large knot below knee cap lots of swelling week ago was xrayed in er no sign of broken cap but unable to tell if any other damage. Now I show blood has traveled in other part of leg and foot, plan to go get MRI, what does this seem to be ? I am able to walk .
