Fell On Ice In Early January And Now Having Pain

Fell on ice in early January and now having pain in forearm to bicep in both arms. Thought it was just a tendon issue but not going away. Can do everything but sometimes weak and need to rotate the arm and then everything seems to be okay. Is this a tendon issue or something else.
