Fell On Left Side A Few Days Ago I Get

Fell on left side a few days ago i get stabbing pain only when coughing or twisting a certain way when i stand straight or sit a certain way there's no pain at all hurts when i touch on certain places but begins to feel better if i massage the are hurts more under armpit and middle left back hurts when i am bending to stand up but one i get up im fine uless i twist or cough hiccup etc
