(Female, 23) I’ve Been Dealing With Widespread Pain For Years

(Female, 23) I’ve been dealing with widespread pain for years now. Usually the worst areas are my neck, lower back and arms and legs.(but can generally be anywhere) Sometimes it doesn’t bother me but sometimes it’s unbearable (example feels like I broke my arm) I definitely am experiencing bowel problems as well, along with urinary tract problems that won’t go away. I generally never really have an appetite. I’m tired all the time no matter how much or little work I do or how much I’ve slept. And often feel dizzy or confused or have slurred speech/speech problems. I also developed a large lump on my lower back (not hard at all, no swelling) and have problems sleeping at times along with depressive mood drops. I’m super sensitive to hot and cold and it tends to make my symptoms worse. I’m generally healthy with a healthy appetite and fair amount of exercise.
